Two more YSCC players win USCAA Player of the Week Awards

(YSCC) -- The Yankee Small College Conference is proud to announce two more student-athletes winning USCAA Player of the Week Awards

MEGAN COTE| University of Maine at Machias | Freshmen | Goalkeeper

Megan Cote of University of Maine Machias is the USCAA Women's Division II Soccer Goalie of the Week. This week Megan was a difference maker for her team. She kept a clean sheet in the game against Paul Smith's College and ended the week with a 93.8 save percentage. Megan also pulled off an impressive 15 saves over the course of three matches.

MORGAN DOUGHTY | University of Maine at Machias | Freshmen | Midfielder

Morgan Doughty of University of Maine Machias is the USCAA Women's Division II Soccer Player of the Week. Morgan leads the Clippers in shots for the season, averaging over 3 SOG per game. This week she scored four goals in three games and had two assists as well. So far Morgan has proved to have a calm presence about her on the pitch helping to elevate the entire team.
