VTC's Jordanna Morris wins USCAA Div II Player of the Week

(YSCC) -- Another Yankee Small College Conference student-athlete is recognized by the USCAA. Jordanna Morris of Vermont Tech takes home her second consecutive YSCC Player of the Week and has been names USCAA Div II Women's Player of the Week. 

WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
Jordanna Morris | Vermont Technical College | Junior | Guard | Brandon, MS

Jordanna Morris of Vermont Technical College is the USCAA Women's Division II Basketball Player of the Week. Jordanna is rewriting the script at the point guard position as she is nearly averaging a quadruple-double. She has proved to be a volume scorer and unselfish teammate, over the past three games she is averaging 41 PPG, 18.3 REB/G, 14.0 A/G and 9.6 STL/G. Against Paul Smiths College she was very explosive in scoring 44 points with zero 3 pointers, along with 15 assists, 21 rebounds, and six steals.

MEN'S BASKETBALL
Dustin Simpson-Bragg | University of Maine Augusta | SR | F

In two games this week, Dustin Simpson-Bragg lead the Moose averaging 30.5 points per game with a single game high of 37 points against YSCC opponent NHTI. Simpson-Bragg shot 51% over the two-game span and averaged 9 rebounds per game. Simpson-Bragg is a liberal studies major at UMA. He is a 1,000 point scorer for the Moose. Simpson-Bragg is the son of Ryan Bragg and Jennifer Simpson and has one older and two younger brothers. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing as well as video gaming. He also likes spending time with his friends and family when he is not running cross country or playing basketball.
