Andrew Shepard of NHTI is the USCAA Men?s Cross Country Runner of the Week and YSCC Runner of the Week. The senior was the top runner for the NHTI Lynx at the Pop Crowell Invitational. Shepard finished the event with a career-best time of 29 minutes and 18 seconds.
