Zachary Bobbie, FR - Paul Smith's College

Zachary did an awesome job training this summer and it showed as he took two minutes off his 5K time from high school in his first collegiate race at Southern Vermont College on Saturday. Zach's finish time of 22:59 was good enough for 46th overall. Zach attending an extremely small high school in Northern New York, and was the #2 runner on his high school team. Now that he is attending Paul Smith's, he has had to step up his game and was our #11 finisher in this initial race of the season. We expect Zach will continue to improve dramatically, but we have never seen a runner drop two minutes off over the 5K distance.
