YSCC Softball and Baseball championships kick off this weekend
(YSCC) — Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) Athletics will host the 2019 Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) baseball playoffs, this year at The Ballpark in Old Orchard Beach. Great Bay Community College (GBCC) in Portsmouth will host the 2019 Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) softball playoffs
Championship day will be held on Saturday, May 4

On-Field Presentation of Tournament Awards |
All games will begin 20 minutes following the previous and are scheduled as seven innings. The awards presentation will include All-Conference award winners, the 2019 Pitcher of the Year, Player of the Year, and Coach of the Year. Post-tournament awards will be given at the conclusion of the championship game.
All spectators for the baseball championships will be charged an entry fee of $5. SMCC students and faculty are free with a SMCC ID. Concessions will be available for purchase, no outside food will be allowed in the Old Orchard Beach Ballpark.
