In the next two trips down, sophomore Amanda Brett (Portland, Maine) connected for another three and junior captain Adrianna White (Lisbon, Maine) finished an and-one to help her team to a 9-0 swing. SMCC clung to its lead answering buckets for the remainder to finish ahead by a five point spread.

Brett used a season-high 26 shot attempts to carry the load with a 31-point performance. In the two-game season set against the Moose, Brett totaled 61 points on 47.8 percent from the field, and 22 rebounds.
