O'Brien was able to find the back of the net off a corner kick delivery by Harris at 11:49 in the first. First-year Ashley Atwater (Saco, Maine) put the home team ahead by two scores with her first collegiate goal with a distance shot before the half expired.

O'Brien slotted her 21st goal of her sophomore campaign on a through-ball from Haskell with less than two minutes in regulation. First-year goalkeeper Dana Sirois (Saco, Maine) totaled two saves in 90 minutes of work.

In a post-game interview, Head Coach Ethan Wells reflected, "To get a result after celebrating four incredible leaders of this program was a perfect way to finish an amazing regular season. Now the focus turns to what's at stake in Concord."
