CSJ Lady Saints volleyball fall to Paul Smith's College

(CSJ) -- College of St. Joseph's women's volleyball team took on Paul Smith's College in New York on Wednesday, Oct. 3 and fell 3-1. The Lady Saints played competitively; they fell 26-24 in the first set, won the second set 25-14, and then fell 25-14 and 25-13 in the final two sets.

Sophomore Ryann Agnew and Jordan Mixon led CSJ in kills with 10 and nine, respectively. Agnew also recorded a game-high 42 digs. First-year student Grace Hatin led the Saints with 16 assists. Denyke Nicholas recorded 24 digs, three kills and two service aces for CSJ.

Paul Smith's was led by Paige Farrington (18 assists, 15 digs, four kills) and Nayleece Williams (26 digs, four service aces). Gabriella Beuhler and Robin Jenkins were also contributors with nine and six kills, respectively.
