Mustangs Head Coach Bruce Robertson stated, "It was great to see Brooke pitch as well as she did in game 1. She has worked hard this spring to get into form as she missed most of the fall with an injury. We just had that one inning that gets us at times, and we made too many errors, and SM took advantage of them. Sarah is a solid pitcher for them, and we can't commit that many errors in a game, let alone in one inning, to beat them. Game 2 was much better. Olivia pitched another solid game for us, and we gave her just enough run support to win the game. We still struggled with errors, but we got just enough hits, and she was just solid enough in the circle for the win. It was a good way to end our regular season. As of now, we don't have any games left on our schedule at this time. Now to see what our future holds for the Mustangs for the rest of the season."
