YSCC Players of the Week for 10/12/2021

(YSCC) – The Yanklee Small College Conference fall season is winding down, so here are our Players fo the Week for October 12, 2021

WOMEN'S SOCCER

Samantha Belardo | Central Maine CC | JR | F

Samantha Belardo of Central Maine CC is the YSCC and USCAA Women's Division II Soccer Player of the Week. Belardo was able to help her team to a win this week. She scored three goals, leading to her 3rd Hat Trick in 3 straight games. She scored the game-winning goal as well.

MEN'S SOCCER

Marvis Nosa | Paul Smith's College | JR | MF

PSC had a double header this past weekend, where he scored on goal vs Vermont Tech. Then had a first-half hat trick against undefeated Albany Pharmacy to hand them their first conference loss of the season. Marvis is currently tied for second in the YSCC for goals and third for points in the YSCC. 

VOLLEYBALL

Jordan Louis | Paul Smith's College | FR | OH/DS

Jordan propelled the Paul Smith's College Bobcats to win SUNY Adirondack and really dominated the team to a higher level of play. The team has been without a key player for two weeks due to an injury, and Jordan has stepped up to positively impact the team.
