YSCC and USCAA Softball and Baseball Player of the Week

(YSCC) - Yankee Small College Conference is proud to announce this week's Softball and Baseball Players of the week. Both YSCC players took home the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Players of the Week as well.

SOFTBALL

Avery Herrick | Central Maine CC | FY | P

Avery Herrick is this week's USCAA and YSCC Softball Player of the Week. Avery had a great week hitting .455, 6 RBI, 9R and 2XBH.

BASEBALL

Liam Jann | Southern Maine CC | FY | P

First-year pitcher Liam Jann is this week's United States Collegiate Athletic Association and YSCC Baseball Player of the Week. Liam tossed a complete game shutout on the road vs. NJCAA-powerhouse CCRI on Sunday, April 10. Jann allowed just four hits and one walk over seven innings and struck out six to pick up the win for the SeaWolves.
