Mustangs hit triple digits for 2nd straight game

Auburn, ME - CM delivered 40-minutes of relentless defense and offensive tempo on their way to a 100-48 victory over the Bobcats of Paul Smith's College. In typical fashion, the Mustangs 11 players at least 11-minutes, with 13 of the 15-person roster finding the scoring column. 

Safena Te Nana-Williams (Auckland, NZ) led the way with an efficient 14 points, 9 assists, 3 steals, and 3 rebounds. Sarah Poli (Benton, ME) and Emily Strachan (Lewiston, ME) were the other two starters in double-figures, scoring 12 and 11 points respectively. A trio of Mustangs off the bench hit double figures as well. Ja'Naia Moran (Boynton Beach, FL) scored a game-high and career-high 15 points on 6 of 7 shooting. Moran also contributed 4 rebounds and 4 steals. Harata Coleman (Tokomaru Bay, NZ) hit for 12 points, while Cyla Moore (West Palm Beach, FL) scored 10.

Kali Thompson (Waterville, ME) pulled down a game-high 9 rebounds, while Jamyah Nicolas (Lewiston, ME) grabbed a career-high 8 boards. Overall the Mustangs out-rebounded the Bobcats by +30.

With the win the Mustangs improve to 6-0 overall and 3-0 in the Yankee Conference. They will be back in action during the first week in December. They host the Knights of Berkeley College (NY) on Saturday, December 4th (12:00pm), and the Knights of Vermont Tech on Sundaym December 5th (12:00pm).
