South Portland, ME - Through three innings the score was tied at three, and the CM bats were vibrant. Then, the 4th inning happened, where SMCC grabbed the lead for good with a decimating six runs.
Despite the score, the Mustangs had their best offensive outing of the season, notching 15 hits. Kenyon Pillsbury and Corey Armstrong each recorded 3 hits, including a double each. Hunter Warren and Cody Allen had two hits apiece as well.
Reid Cote took the lodd on the mound for the Mustangs.
They are back in action tomorrow night, when they travel to Biddeford to take on UNE Club in NECBA action.
