UNITY, Maine (CMCC) - The Mustangs came out firing on all cylinders tonight thrashing the Unity College Rams by a 90-71 margin. CM jumped out early with a double digit lead and maintained that lead going into halftime 45-33. Thirteen Mustangs hit the floor as the visitors applied full court pressure for forty minutes attempting to wear down the Rams.
Josh Chery had another monster game hitting for 23 points on a 11-15 shooting night and hauled down 10 rebounds. Elijah Barbour came off the bench to add 20 points. Akeem Laurie and Freddy Webb both hit for 15 and 12 points.
This is the fourth game the Mustangs have registered over 11 threes in a game. CM hosts conference foe Hampshire College Saturday at 6pm at CM.
