AUBURN, Maine (YSCC) -- SMCC outlasted a tough Vermont Tech for a chance to play NHTI in the Men's YSCC Championship on Sunday.
The Seawolves beat the Knights 82-74.
The Seawolves were led by YSCC Player of the Year Atencio Martin with a game high 30 points. Gregory Trinidad added 20 for the Seawolves.
YSCC First Team All-Conference player Tyrone Hilson led the Knights with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Jeremiah Shaw added 16 for the Knights.
Southern Maine will face NHTI Sunday at 2pm in the YSCC Men's Championship game.
