RANDOLPH CENTER, Vt. – NHTI shut out Yankee Small College Conference foe Vermont Technical College, 5-0 Tuesday afternoon. The Lynx scored five minutes into the first half on a goal by sophomore Ryan Uva (Martha's Vineyard, Mass.) off of a pass from Jeremy Caruso (Pembroke, N.H.) who also picked up a late goal. 

Justus Turck (Pembroke, N.H.) and Jacob Silverstein (Concord, N.H.) scored in the first half while Semir Sandzic (Manchester, N.H.) netted the fourth goal in 10 minutes into the second half. 

Patrick Bolton (Candia, N.H.) turned away three shots in net. 

The Lynx improve to 4-2 on the season and will host the College of St. Joseph's (Vt.) Thursday at 4 p.m.  VTC welcomes Hampshire College Saturday at 3 p.m.
