(CSJ) -- The men's team got back to their winning ways on Sunday. After being shutout by Maine Fort Kent two days prior, the Fighting Saints were able to bounce back and earn a shutout victory against Hampshire 4-0.
It was a well-rounded day for the Saints as four different players were able to score. Dominick Simpson, Marco Dagraca, Amani Francois, and Doug Campbell each scored a goal for CSJ. The defense and goalkeeping was also dominant for the Saints, recording their sixth shutout of the year.
CSJ had 38 total shots to Hampshire's nine. They dominated on both sides of the ball and Hampshire had no answer. The Fighting Saints are now 7-5 overall on the season and 6-2 in conference play.
Both the men's and women's teams host VTC this week. The men host the Green Knights on Wednesday, Oct. 5 at 4 p.m. with the women following on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 4 p.m.
