(YSCC) — The Central Maine Comunity College Mustangs are the USCAA Women's DII National Champions once again.
The #2 seeded Mustangs took down the #1 seeded Villa Maria Vikings 85-78.
Led by YSCC First Team All-Conference player Brooke Reynolds (17 points and 14 rebounds) CMCC withstood a hard second-half charge by the Vikings.
Kristen Huntress finished with 17 points and Jordyn Reynolds finished with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
This is the Mustangs second USCAA Women's DII National Championship in three seasons.
