2022 YSCC Fall Academic All-Conference team announced
(YSCC) — The Yankee Small College Conference (YSCC) has announced the 2022 Fall YSCC Academic All-Conference Team.
The YSCC Academic All-Conference Award is designed to recognize all student-athletes with a cumulative grade point average of 3.20 (out of a 4.00 point system) or greater.
YSCC President Matt Richards had praise for the student-athletes of the YSCC.
"The most complete definition of a student-athlete is exemplified by these outstanding performances in the classroom. My congratulations to the student-athletes for their hard work representing themselves and member institutions of the YSCC."
New YSCC Commissioner John Daileanes recognizes the impact athletics can have on a student's potential.
"Congratulations to our fall sports Academic All-Conference members. These student-athletes epitomize what it means to be a student-athlete in the YSCC. We are proud of their accomplishments in the classroom, and we know their hard work and dedication will someday translate into future success as leaders in the workplace, whatever path they may choose."
