Brooklyn Shumway - Women's Cross Country (PSC): Brooklynn Shumway (team captain) SO/Bloomingdale, NY has been steadily improving from week to week on the PSC women's XC team this season. Brooklynn completed the 6K women's event at the Cross Country Only Championships (CCOC) at Seneca Lake State Park in 19th place with a time of 29:26. Brooklynn's pace/kilometer was 4:54 which is a season's PR. Brooklynn is also playing women's ice hockey, and from her defense position, scored two goals and an assist in her first game of the season two weeks ago. Brooklynn is maintaining a 4.0 cumulative GPA majoring in Natural Science and works as a tutor in the learning center for several math and science classes at Paul Smith's.

Quinn Dillon - Golf (SMCC): Quinn Dillon finished tied for 3rd place at the USCAA National Tournament, posting scores of 78 and 75. SMCC finished 4th overall and Dillon was named a 1st Team All-American.

Wesley Burkit - Men's Cross Country (PSC): Wes has steadily improved all three seasons for Paul Smith's College, and this past weekend (October 19th) placed 20th in the Cross Country Only Championships (CCOC) at Seneca Lake State Park with a time of 30:07 in the 8K. Through the current season, Wes has been a consistent #3 or #4 runner for the Bobcats, while always striving to excel in practice, in the classroom (4.0 cumulative GPA), and providing service on the campus as a tutor in several courses while serving as a Resident Assistant.

Joseph Matthews - Men's Soccer (Word of Life): Joe Mathews had quite the week, with 4 goals against Vermont State-Randolph on Wednesday in the Huskies' 7-2 win, and he scored 3 goals in their 10-0 win over Hampshire College on Saturday. He scored 7 goals on 11 shots on goal this week.

Jordyn Hulsey - Women's Soccer (SMCC): Junior captain Jordyn Hulsey scored twice against top-seeded Central Maine Community College to help the Seawolves earn a 2-2 draw, a game that proved to have major playoff implications.

Emma Bernard - Women's Volleyball (NHTI): Emma had 13 kills and 12 digs during the YSCC play-in to defeat (3-0) Word of Life and advance NHTI to the YSCC Final Four.
