NHTI Men's Basketball Fall to Villa Maria, 90-79

CONCORD, N.H. – The NHTI Men's basketball team fell to Villa Maria College in a non-conference matchup Thursday, 90-79. The Lynx took a seven-point lead five minutes remaining in the first half on a layup from freshman forward Raikwon Rodrigues (Providence R.I.). NHTI held of the Vikings late first half push to head into the half with a two-point lead. 

Villa Maria bounced back in the second half opening the half with a 25-9 run to take a 62-47 lead. Dominic Douglas scored eight of his 17 points during the run. Villa Maria cruised to the 11-point win. 

The Lynx fall to 13-5 on the season. The Vikings improve to 10-8 on the season.
